About Us

Cesar Reyes, also known as "Forest", is the owner of Forest Flute Creations. He is originally from the Andes Mountain Region. He learned as a young child how to make and how to play these native instruments. He came to the United States and learned from the Native American people here. There were many similarities in the cultures and it was easy to combine the sounds of the instruments from both traditions. The Incas have a prophecy regarding the end of time, or better termed, the end of a way of thinking. They expect us to come into a golden millennium of peace. The natives of the south uniting with the natives of the north is part of this prophecy.

Who We Are

The Native North Americans have similar prophecies. Both peoples' prophecies have a period of turmoil followed by a millennium of peace. Forest believes that the combination of the native flutes of the south and the north are a part of this prophecy. These tones are promoting peace throughout the world. This is a part of the next "Pachacuti", meaning great change. The next phase will bring us back to nature. This is imperative for our survival. This is a quote from a Q'ero Shaman: " Follow your own footsteps, learn from the rivers, the trees and the rocks. Honor the Christ, the Buddha, your brothers and sisters. Honor your Earth Mother and the Great Spirit. Honor yourself and all of creation. Look with the eyes of your soul and engage the essential."
